Material concepts and recycled construction materials
The naBe action plan contains requirements for construction projects in the areas of transport and infrastructure.
Essential criteria for civil engineering:
- Mandatory development of a material concept during planning (including the use of recycled building materials)
- Consideration of the material concept in the invitation to tender
- At least 10 % recycled asphalt for bituminous bound surface, binder and base layers
- Emission limits for construction machinery
